She is one of our Assistant Manager of Customer Experience for one of our client projects. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the business functions ensuring that customers experience an enjoyable and satisfactory time the moment they are attended, leading a large team of supervisors and personnel, and reporting to the client regarding progress and performance of the project.
She attributes her resilience to her starting work at an early stage of her life, with now having over 13 years under her belt. She has worked in customer service and operations in the banking industry. She takes great pride in her latest achievement, where she took on a big project which she had little-to-no prior experience in the field, but with the support of her team, successfully launched the project in 2 months' time. The experience proved her that she is more than capable of tackling new and daunting tasks, and with her resilience and help from the team, she managed to flourish with flying colors.
During weekends, you can usually find her visiting cafes, and enjoying the coffee and cakes they serve. She also prioritizes spending precious time with her family.
