With 20 years of experience, he possesses in-depth knowledge of strategic planning and business unit development. He has a proven track record building highly effective performance-based teams focused on adding value to clients. One of his proudest highlights is successfully implementing and managing Brunei Darussalam's national non-emergency government call centre from its inception till now with a team of 150+ associates.
Outside of his work life, he is a sports enthusiast, an avid reader, and an active community volunteer. He has also led his local & corporate Cricket club.
