He is also responsible for IT Planning (CAPEX, OPEX), IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, Information Security Operations, and digital transformation strategies. Aside from his technical expertise, he is also well-versed in Stakeholder Engagement, Client Satisfaction, Training & Development, and People Management.

Jitender's 14+ years of experience is decorated with many notable highlights. He has completed over 25 projects Globally with 98% completion on time within a set budget. His projects, amongst others, include successfully executing an Infrastructure Refresh Project which enhanced the reliability and efficiency thus providing flexibility for future growth.

He has extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and data center management, as well as cloud application and security controls. Jitender Singh is a computer application master's degree holder. His certifications include CRISC (Certified in Risk and information system control), Prince 2, ITIL V3, Microsoft Azure, AWS Solution Architect, RHCE(Linux) CCNA, etc, in accordance with market requirements.

Jitender fills his personal time by focusing on self-development, on health and technology. He enjoys learning about new online places, listening to podcasts on health, and partaking in several forms of exercise (Yoga, Hiking, Cycling, Running, and Cricket).
