In her more than 15 years of experience, she has managed many end-to-end customer experience journeys in high value retail sectors of banking and telecommunications. Through which Haryani focuses on striking the delicate balance between vital staff support and changing customer expectations. She believes listening to all sides will always deliver the best-fit tailored strategies. One of her notable achievements is having a proven record of establishing flexible customer feedback and recovery processes, quality assurance and internal check balance that is both ISO compliant as well as ensuring customer satisfaction as the ultimate experience goal.
