Assistant Manager - Customer Experience

Known by her teammates as the one who is always ready for any situation, Christina is outspoken, determined, and meticulous. She strives for quality and an openness for continuous learning.

She is one of our Assistant Manager of Customer Experience for one of our client projects. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the business functions ensuring that customers experience an enjoyable and satisfactory time the moment they are attended, leading a large team of supervisors and personnel, and reporting to the client regarding progress and performance of the project.

Her belief in continuous learning is shown in her 23+ years of professional experience where she has a hand in several different fields. Some of her experiences includes being facilities, operational, service, and training managers in Royal Brunei Airlines and CFBT Educational Services. She has collected several accolades and certifications in her years of service, one of her proudest are the “Caring Hands Award” she received for her exceptional work in Royal Brunei Airlines and the “Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety” certification she received from the The Royal Institute of Public Health.

Christina is highly involved in Brunei Darussalam National Association for the Blind and is highly supportive of the blind community. Outside of that, she spends her time watching movies and cooking.
